The following recordings are an invitation to be supported and guided through some of the practices from
Inward Vision: a Trauma Recovery Workbook
This workbook is now available in print
Core Self
This practice begins with a short introduction and is followed by a meditation
Space to Hold it all
A guided meditation for cultivating spaciousness, and especially helpful for those new to identifying emotions as physical sensations. This supportive practice creates a resource for tolerating difficult feelings
Breathing In and Out
of the Body
This meditation uses body scans to increase awareness, and invites you to use your mind and visualization to direct the breath in and out of different areas of the body and learn more about what practices help you recalibrate your energy.
Four-way breathing
This meditation cultivates conscious breathing and energy flow. The four-way breath pattern helps expand your breath capacity, and your awareness of the physical body.
Inner Parent Meditation
Explore and cultivate a future version of yourself that can function as a supportive inner parent to child selves in need of support.
Connecting with the Elements: Meditation and Expressive Writing
This practice includes short contemplative meditations with prompts to invite deeper exploration through writing, movement, or expressive art-making. Time is included for expression, but the recording can be paused to allow more time.
