Tuesday mornings at 8am ET, next cycle begins 5/5 and focuses on Mudras
Registration is donation-based, and enrollment opens monthly.
Tantric Meditation is structured practice, that uses a variety of breath and visualization techniques to enliven Prana within the subtle body. Over time our dedicated practice develops Shakti— the creative force of vital energy with creates charisma, magnetism, fortitude, and inner peace.
This weekly meditation practice begins with pranayama and closes with observing the mindspace (Chittakash). Each week may include a combination of breath awareness, Kriyas, visualization, mantra, and other yogic techniques. Each month incorporates a theme so that participants can develop relationship to the practices:
May: Mudras (hand gestures)
June: Bija Mantras (seed sounds)
July - August: the Chakras (7 weeks)
All are welcome! Replay is available for all who register; if you are unable to attend live, you are welcome to participate by recording.

Monthly on Thursday at 6pm ET and Sunday at 4pm, virtual with replay
Next class is 4/16, our theme for April is the Tattwas (subtle elements in the body)
Yoga Nidra is a meditative technique, practiced lying down in Savasana, allowing awareness to move through the layers of the being. This practice often leads to deep rest and relaxation, and can provide a much needed respite from our culture of “doing.”
Yoga Nidra can be approached as a standlalone meditation practice or Sadhana, as well as a preparation for advanced meditation techniques, and allows the benefits of an asana practice to be fully integrated. By learning how to move through a systematic relaxation process, we develop deeper awareness of the subtle body and the mind.
This virtual group meets twice per month and offers a unique, eight-stage Yoga Nidra, with an emphasis on community building, and includes time for sharing and questions.
Participants will be invited to consider any intentions they wish to be amplified by the practice.
This class meets over zoom, the practice will recorded and downloadable to all registrants .

4 month series, next circle on Friday 4/17 at 4pm ET (All registrants will gain immediate access to replay from the first circle on 3/20)
This series of four practice circles will introduce collaborative mediumship techniques to connect and commune with the spirits of plants, trees, flowers, animals, and the elements. Communication qualities specific to plants, animals, and elements will be explored, as well as ways to bring the practice “into the wild.”
Participants will learn how to establish a protective space, build energy, “blend,” and close the channel. In each circle gathering, participants will experience a guided mediumship practice while being supported by Reiki, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and therapeutic sound. Afterwards participants will be invited to journal, integrate, and share their experiences/messages in breakout rooms and group discussion.
Hosted by Tracee Stanley’s Empowered Life Circle

Rescheduled to two dates: May 14 at 6pm and May 31 at 4pm ET, virtual with Replay
This series has been rescheduled as two group dates, as the theme for Community Yoga Nidra for the month of May
Yoga Nidra is perhaps best known as a rest practice, which can promote deep relaxation and release emotional tension. Over time we may increasingly access the spiritual dimensions of the technique, finding inspiration and flow.
In the month of May we’ll explore how this nourishment of the subtle body may influence and support the creative process. Whether you consider yourself a creative person, or are simply looking for the inspiration, drive, and fortitude to pursue a new idea, these Yoga Nidra practices are designed to support nurture that spark. Participants will be invited to create a Sankalpa unique to one’s creative intentions.

4 week series starts July 13 at 7pm ET, virtual with Replay
This offering is an expression of the intersections between my background as an Art Therapist and as a Tantric Meditation practitioner, inviting participants to both understand the ancient origins of these practices, and consider creative applications to explore spirituality and healing through creative practice.
This series will explore yogic perspectives on visual creation as a form of invoking divine consciousness. We will study the use ofYantras (sacred diagrams that hold the energy of specific Devis), Sacred Geometry (patterns and mandalas expressing elemental forces), and symbolic forms drawn from animals, ritual tools, and nature as they relate to the Chakras and Devis.
Each week will combine lectures, guided meditation, and creative practice. Participants will be invited to respond personally, developing visual expressions inspired by that week’s focus. The series offers an opportunity to approach art-making as spiritual practice—to awaken consciousness through creativity. As a final project, students will create symbols, sigils, geometric forms, or artworks intentionally imbued with energy.

Saturday August 15, in-person at The Bridge in Kingston, NY
Reiki has created a foundation for my spiritual practice, and informed nearly every aspect of my life. I did not anticipate this at the time, but my trainings came to influence my approach to psychotherapy, deepened my meditation, and supported a level of personal healing. that I did not think was possible. For those who feel called to this modality, it opens a door to new ways of being in the world and understanding the subtle (and not so subtle) energy around you.
This initial step of training provides a foundation for understanding what Reiki is, the ethics and mechanics of practice, a brief decolonial history, and everything you need to know to start practicing with family and friends (and pets! and plants!)
It’s been a while since I offered this Training and Certification in-person, and I am delighted to be hosted by The Bridge. This training is open to all, regardless of professional background or previous experience. You can also bundle this with Level 2 on 8/16.

Sunday August 16, in-person at The Bridge in Kingston, NY
Reiki Level 2 is probably the most profound level, because at this degree we begin to understand the full potential of what Reiki can offer to support healing, by expanding beyond the physical into the venues of Reiki over distance and across time.
For Coaches, Hypnotists, Psychotherapists, and Somatic and Holistic Practitioners, this opens the door to using Reiki to deepen inner child work, future progressions, trauma healing, parts work, embodiment, and relational nervous system support.
For those who work with Reiki as a standalone modality, it aids in understanding the deep psychological impact that this energy can have, and allowing you to better collaborate with the process.
And for everyone, it is the “professional” stage of Reiki training that allows you to ethically work with others in a formal context. While you may wish to pursue Reiki level 3 or Master level training to further enhance your understanding, your professional training is complete with Level 2.
