Informed by attachment theory, somatic practices, mindfulness, energy psychology, internal family systems, Ericksonian hypnosis, and over ten years of experience providing trauma-focused psychotherapy, this workbook will be guide you through a series of prompts, creative practices, and explorations in body awareness. Woven throughout the workbook is the role of energy in your experience.

The perspectives shared are written in straightforward, plain language that encourages descriptive awareness rather than self-diagnosis. Whether you have been in therapy in the past, are in therapy now, or want to explore a different approach to healing, this workbook is for you.
