In this trance experience you will be invited to explore the many versions of yourself, past, present, and future. It includes a brief introduction to trancework and is suitable for beginners to hypnosis. My style of facilitation is Ericksonian, unscripted, and non-directive, to encourage free exploration of your own mind. Run time is ~37 minutes
