This bundle includes two energy-based meditations for Inner Child(ren) Healing from the Integrating Reiki and Psychotherapy Mentorship group offered in Fall 2023:
Reconnecting to the Resources of the Inner Child (11 mins)
Sending Support and Healing to the Wounded Inner Child (21 mins)
For those with Reiki Training, you can pair this with your self-session practice, and for those without training you may wish to form the intention of receiving healing support as you listen. I recommend taking a few minutes before beginning to listen, to drop into the body and follow your breath, and allowing 3-5 minutes after each meditation to journal about what came up for you.
